Free write: What I Want

Lately I've been doing a lot of thinking.  Mostly about my future.  I know people always change their majors in college but I want to make sure that I pick whats best.  I had a plan to open up my own gym in the future.  I planned on getting a personal trainer certificate, work at a gym until i had enough money to start marketing myself at my own gym, and attempt to open a gym in other cities.  I would've been the founder of the gym and I know it would take time for this to happen.  This was my mindset last year as a Junior.  Now as a senior I want to work as a F.B.I agent.  I have 3 things planned out depending on what happens after high school.  First one, I graduate from high school, go to college and major in criminal Justice, once I graduate I would become a police officer, work up to detective, then transfer to F.B.I.  Second one, after high school graduation I would train up to a year to prepare myself to join the Marine Corps(joining has always been my dream), after the Marine Corps I would try to apply to the F.B.I and NYPD.  Either way I will try to work for the F.B.I.  Last one, I will go to college and apply for a ROTC or NROTC scholarship, train in college and still get my degree, I would ship off to the Marine Corps for 3-4 years and apply for F.B.I and NYPD.  This is just me writing down my goals and how I want to come about them.  Please feel free to give me some suggestions, advice or opinions.

The Wolf of Wall Street

One of my dreams was to work on Wall Street and become a millionaire owning my own business.  With that being said, the movie The Wolf of Wall Street is one of my favorite movies.  This movie shows the life story of Jordan Belfort, a man who was a stock broker getting millions of dollars off of people investing into something that would't be successful to them.  It was illegal but I love the fact that he was very conscious and persuasive with people.  That's one of the reasons he became so successful and I am also a persuasive.  Even till this day Jordan Belfort is still making millions for teaching people on how to be a salesman like he was, showing students his tricks into persuading people.  The movie was overall a good movie, it had drama since it was about his life and it had a lot of comedy.  This movie also teaches you a few things about the Stock Market so I advise anyone who's looking into a business major to see this movie.  The Wolf of Wall Street

Being physically fit is my number one goal in life.  I love pushing myself to the limit.  I love seeing how far I can take my body to do something and seeing myself progress.  I've played many sports and activities that involve using my strength.  For example, when I was in middle school, I participated in my schools wrestling team.  I was sketchy about it at first because this was going to be the first time that I tried a sport and actually compete.  I took the opportunity anyways because it would've been a good experience and at the time I would watch wrestling on TV.  The first day was nerve breaking.  I didn't know anyone on the team.  We all started our warm up of running around the gym and learning the basics of wrestling.  For example, sprawling,  single leg take downs, and double leg take downs.  We played a game called King of the Hill.  Two people wrestle each other until one person falls, the person standing has to fight the next person in line.  When it was my turn to fight I was nervous, but I let my instincts take over.  I took down four different people.  I felt like I was unstoppable until I lost to a friend who was then known as my rival.  My team and I competed against other schools and I was a decent wrestler.  In high school I started to play many different sports.  I played Ice-Hockey, Football, Baseball, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts.  I liked all these sports but the one that I loved the most was Mixed Martial Arts.  I loved MMA because in order to win a fight you had to be smart and tactical.  I loved training like a professional fighter.  Most of the time you see a street fight and both guys never trained for a fight.  When I trained for MMA, I took it seriously.  I started working out every day, learning new moves and combos.  I don't train to be over confident about myself or to brag to other people or to scare other people.  I train to be prepared for anything and I just love training like a professional athlete.
